Just thought you guys should meet my business partner, Jim Thomas II. He is the owner of Modern Age Tattoo Company, where I carve people daily! Scot Winskye and I have tattooed Jim from head to toe, everything except his *plumbing*, he has won countless 1st place best overall trophies, including Hell City in Columbus, Motor City in Detroit, and The Old School Expo in St Louis. He FINALLY has a picture in the new issue of Skin and Ink (August issue), but I just don’t think he gets the love he deserves…Jim Thomas II IS Tattoos, he loves NOTHING more. I just had the most amazing weekend at the Bluegrass Ink N Arts Festival. Brought home 6 trophies, 4-1st place, Tattoo of the Day, small black and grey, met amazing artists, and got to spend actual 1-on-1 time with the Legendary LYLE TUTTLE…he tattooed my partner Jim and gave me a pressed penny with his name on it that he only gives to artists he chooses, you can’t understand how amazing that is unless you’re a real tattoo artist…that little treasure will never leave my side as long as I tattoo…simply amazing

The “Silence” piece I won Best of Day Small Black and Grey on last Saturday at the Bluegrass Ink N Arts Fest…drawn on with sharpies, thought you guys would like a look….hardest part was forgetting what I was doing every time i dipped my machine…lol
